Terms of Service
By boarding the Gagarin Games station you agree to the following mission rules. Last updated: October 2025.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use Gagarin Games. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below this age. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that social gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
2. Virtual currency
Stardust is a virtual in-game currency with no monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred between accounts, sold to third parties, or refunded under any circumstance — even if your account is suspended.
3. No real wagers, no real prizes
Gagarin Games is a social game. There are no real-money bets, no cash prizes, no payouts, and no opportunity to win anything of monetary value. The platform exists purely for entertainment and community.
4. Acceptable use
Don't cheat, don't exploit bugs for personal gain, don't harass other cosmonauts, don't use bots or scripts. Violations may result in your callsign being recalled from the station, with or without notice.
5. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your callsign credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized launch attempts at [email protected].
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Solar flares happen. We are not liable for losses of stardust during downtime, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
All content — including reels, art, music, and code — is owned by or licensed to Gagarin Games SA. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for entertainment purposes only.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account from Settings → Wellbeing → Delete Account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, except where applicable consumer protection law allows you to bring proceedings in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification at least 14 cosmic days before taking effect. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
