Set time limits
Use our built-in session timer (Settings → Wellbeing) to nudge yourself when you've been spinning too long. Default soft cap is 60 minutes.
Take breaks
Every 30 minutes we'll suggest stepping out of the station. Stretch. Hydrate. Look at a real star. Disable or adjust intervals in your settings.
Self-exclude
Need a longer break? Set a cool-down period from 24 hours to 6 months. Once active, your account is locked until the timer ends — no early reactivation.
Recognize the signs
Spending more time than intended, feeling restless when not playing, neglecting other activities — these can be early warning signs even with free play.
