Getting started
Create a callsign, claim your welcome stardust (1,000 free), and launch your first reel. Tutorials are accessible from the help icon in-game.
Troubleshooting
Reels not spinning? Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache. Sound issues? Check your device volume and our in-app sound toggle. Still stuck? Use the chat widget bottom-right.
Account recovery
Forgot your callsign? Use the password reset link on the login page. We'll send a recovery beacon to your registered email within minutes.
Payment issues
There are no payments. Stardust is always free. If anyone asks for money to play Gagarin Games, please report it to [email protected] immediately.
Data & privacy requests
To export, delete or correct your data, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
